About this event

Meditation Circle

Free session. All are Welcome.

October 2, 9, 16, 2026

For anyone wishing to learn to meditate, as well as long-time practitioners. Meditation is the practice of authentic inner listening.

We offer this free meditation circle for newcomers to the practice, anyone wishing to learn, as well as those with an long standing, ongoing practice. Each session includes instruction on how to sit comfortably and correctly at the start, followed by guided and silent meditation.

There is time at the end for discussion, to address the physical, mental, emotional and evolutionary benefits and challenges of developing a meditation practice.

Meditation is a vehicle for inner awareness, deeper focus, nervous system regulation, and greater mental clarity. This circle offers a structured space to develop your practice alongside others.

Remember to bring your water bottle.

We have a number of bolsters, blocks and blankets and props for use at the Center that can sweeten your experience.

“The human body is actually a storehouse of vast power,” Swami Kripananda wrote. “And the object of Sadhana/ Practice is to raise these various forms of power back to their full expression. We have to retrace and return to our source.”
