LYBL exists to make personalized holistic healthcare accessible. We combine Ayurveda, yoga therapy, and modern integrative medicine under one board-certified clinical team, and we treat every patient as a whole person rather than a diagnosis code.
Our clinical team
Our physicians are board certified in internal medicine, family medicine, and functional medicine, and they collaborate directly with Ayurvedic vaidyas and licensed yoga therapists. Every protocol is designed by a clinician who reviews your labs, history, and goals.

We start with a free 60-minute consultation, order the labs that matter, and build a plan grounded in the evidence base for your specific condition. No cookie-cutter templates. No paid endorsements.

Our flagship clinic is in El Segundo, California. Virtual care is available nationwide via telehealth. HSA and FSA are accepted.
