About this event

Raga Soundbath

Twice Monthly

A Soundbath is a deep, restorative relaxation experience with crystal singing bowls and natural sounds. Close your eyes and allow the music to carry you inward.

This deeply restorative sound experience guided by Marina, Thomas, and Anita uses a unique approach that integrates classical Indian ragas with traditional soundbath practices, with singing bowls selected to align with specific raga notes, creating a bridge between ancient musical traditions and modern sound therapy.

Each session includes the sounds of crystal bowls, sitar or surbahar, and the meditative drone of tanpuras, guiding you into deeper states of relaxation and inner quiet.

Bring a yoga mat and anything to help you get comfortable. Bolsters and blankets are provided. Doors close 10 minutes after the start time.
