About this event

Meditation Circle and Community Gathering

Thursday Evening Class

A free 45-minute practice. Each session includes instruction on sitting for meditation and in alignment at the start, followed by guided and silent meditation. There will be time to discuss both the benefits and challenges of building a consistent practice - emotionally, psychologically and mentally.

Meditation is an experience which heightens inner awareness, and deeper focus. The practice supports nervous system regulation, and mental clarity. This Circle offers a structured space to develop your practice alongside others and is for anyone wishing to learn, as well as those with experience in ongoing practice.

“The human body is actually a storehouse of vast power,” Swami Kripananda wrote. “And the object of Practice is to raise these various forms of power back

to their full expression. We have to retrace and return to our source.”
