Lea Kraemer is a yoga therapist and teacher of Kundalini Kriya Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork. As a Teacher Trainer, she provides mentorship and continuing education to yoga teachers working with clients with chronic illness.

Description

This class is appropriate for those new to yoga, and will be valuable for students who have participated in yoga programs in the past.

Kundaini Yoga utilizes breath, meditation, postures, visualization and well researched self-healing principles.

You will come away with new knowledge about how to revitalize and strengthen all of systems of the human body from a holistic and ayurvedic perspective. Yogic techniques can be valuable in health recovery and are given with respect for the individual needs and abilities of each student.

Kundalini Yoga works on the immune, glandular, nervous and cardio-vascular systems to increase inner strength and overall health. The practice also assists in re-patterning the psyche, so that you learn self-efficacy, and are more able to direct of your life healthfully
and consciously.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and please do not eat a big meal for two hours before class.
