Lea Kraemer is a yoga therapist and teacher of Kundalini Kriya Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork. As a Teacher Trainer, she provides mentorship and continuing education to yoga teachers working with clients with chronic illness.

Lea will guide you to explore the energy of yoga postures, the power of breath, and the joy of movement and stillness. Alignment principles offer inner and outer shifts, leaving you feeling clear and revitalized, both “on and off the mat.”
Please bring your yoga mat and your water bottle. We have a number of bolsters, blocks and blankets for use at the Center that can sweeten your experience.
Remember not to eat a full meal before yoga practice and wear clothes that move and breathe easily. Natural fabrics are suggested.
